Women Professors Monitor

Each year, LNVH publishes the Women Professors Monitor, which provides insight into the current gender balance in academia and the percentages of women academics and administrators at Dutch universities, university medical centers, and other scientific organizations.

The Monitor forms the foundation for measures and policies on gender diversity, drives action, and identifies obstacles in the still inadequate progression of women to the top.
