The monitor annually confronts the Dutch academic sector with its subpar performance in Europe. The 2025 monitor shows that we are at 29.9% women professors; we’ve got a long way to go to hit parity. Without the efforts of the LNVH and many allies, I dare say we wouldn’t even be here.
